Our school signed a cooperation agreement with Aachen University of Technology in Germany

On the afternoon of December 21st, a grand online signing ceremony was held between our school and Aachen University of Technology in Germany in the meeting room 304 of No.1 Teaching Building in Chengdu campus. Dr. Helmut Dinger, Dean of Aachen International College and Business School, Professor Bernd Markert, Dean of Aachen Institute of General Mechanics, Zufeng Wu, Director of China Office of Aachen International College, and Mr. Cheng Kaiyu and Dong Yuansong, Directors of Aachen Project, our school, Germany Professor Jiang Yuansheng, director of the research center and dean of our institute, Professor Xu Lijia, dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and Professor Wu Ping, vice dean of our institute, attended the signing ceremony. The meeting was chaired by Professor Shen Qianling, Director of the Department of International Economics and Trade of our school.

Professor Jiang Yuansheng introduced the school from various aspects such as talent training, international exchanges, and faculty, and expressed the strong desire of the school and RWTH Aachen University to strengthen cooperation in teacher exchange, student exchange, scientific research and project development. Professor Helmut Dinger and Professor Bernd Markert expressed that they are looking forward to the exchange and further study of outstanding Sichuan agricultural students at RWTH Aachen University in Germany.

Professor Yuansheng Jiang and Professor Jiali Xu, on behalf of Sichuan Agricultural University and Aachen University of Technology in Germany, signed a cooperation agreement. The two parties will be involved in summer/winter camp projects, short-term engineering projects, European studies Master of Public Administration (MPA-ES) cooperation projects, 1+ 2 Cooperate in engineering professional cooperative education projects and teacher exchanges to build a high-quality international platform for our students and promote the cultivation of high-level innovative talents.
